In her free time, Elizabeth and her husband, Jake, reside in the Cleveland community where they have two children and two bulldogs who keep her busy. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys being with her family and appreciating the great outdoors.

Cookie lives in the Cleveland area with her husband, Jackie, a local farmer. She is the mother of three strapping sons and four wonderful grandchildren. Cookie firmly believes in service for the benefit of others and is heavily involved in the Johnston County community. She has served as a Johnston County Commissioner since 1994. She was the first woman to serve as chairman from 2005-2009. Cookie was re-elected to a four-year term in 2012. She also serves on the Johnston County Hospital Board and is a past Trustee of Johnston Community College. Cookie is an avid saltwater fisherman and has caught hundreds of pounds of tuna, mahi-mahi, and wahoo. In her free time, she also enjoys writing short plays and skits, gardening, and reading.

Pat has worked for the Mast Law Firm since 1975. She works primarily in the business law section, which includes claims for collection of money owed, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, negligence, nuisance and damages, landlord-tenant matters, matters involving title to real estate. Pat facilitates the organization of corporations and limited liability companies by preparing Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization, bylaws or operating agreements, and notices and minutes of meetings. She is instrumental in operating our estate division by preparing documents for administration of estates, preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.

Pat assists with special proceedings, which are petitions to the court for guardianship of a person who cannot handle his or her own affairs and petitions to the Court to sell real property owned by two or more people as tenants in common. She assists court-appointed clients involved in litigation with the Department of Social Services. Pat also works in general civil litigation in the District and Superior Courts of Johnston and surrounding counties, in federal courts, and in appeal of civil litigation to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Pat and her husband have two sons and live in the Clayton area.

Jamie and her husband, John, reside in Kenly.  They have 3 children and one very spoiled beagle. Jamie and her husband attend Hope Church in Clayton. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys perusing biographies of notable persons, relaxing by the pool, and spending her time appreciating the great outdoors.

Casey joined our firm in January 2019.  She moved here with her family from New Jersey when she was 17 years old and has lived in the Cleveland area since. Casey is currently enrolled at Johnston Community College where she will obtain her Degree in Paralegal Technology. She primarily works for Attorneys Ron Trimyer and Clint Mast in the Cleveland Office handling personal injury files, estate files, and general litigation matters. Prior to joining the Mast Law Firm, she worked as a paralegal for several family law and criminal law attorneys. 

She presently resides in Clayton with her husband (Ron) and children (Noel, Aubrey, and Giovani). When she’s away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to Indian Beach, hiking, and Netflix.
